Dewberry Cottages Policies & Regulations
- To cancel your reservation and recieve a refund of your deposit you must cancel within 21 days of your arrival. There is a $35.00 cancellation fee for all cancellations. To change your reservation dates, you must do so 14 days before your arrival or be charged a $25.00 fee.
- There are no refunds for early departures or for events beyond our control; such as, weather, power outages, etc...
- Accommodations are for paid guest only.
- Please no pets.
- Music for your ears only.
- No Smoking in Cottages. Outdoor smoking areas are provided.
- All candles must be in glass or metal containers.
- Tenant will compensate owner for any damage they may cause to the cottage, grounds, furnishings, equipment, or household items, which occur during renter's period occupancy - excluding normal wear and tear.
- The owner will not be responsible for personal items the renter may leave behind and shall not be liable for injury or damage to renter or to any property of renters occurring during stay on premises.
- If renter violates any of the conditions of your signed renters agreement, owner may terminate stay without refund.
Hot Tub & Plumbing Usage Requests
- Please shower before entering hot tub
- Please no oils, lotions, bubble bath, bath salts, or candles in or around hot tub
- Turn jets off and put lid on when not in use
- If water gets below jets - contact office(pump will burn up)
- Any problem with hot tub should be reported immediately
- Do not sit on lid
- Please, for your safety, don't use hot tub under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- No one under the age of 18 allowed in hot tub without supervision
- You will be charged $50.00 if you put bubble bath in our hot tubs
- A maximum of $25.00 will be refunded to you due to a mechanical failure
- There are no garbage disposals at Dewberry, so please put all food scraps in trash
- Please do not flush ANYTHING in toilets, except TP!
